Our senior management team has 25 years experience in warehousing and logistics. During our early years as Supply Today Pty Ltd, we consulted to businesses solving warehousing and distribution issues, before establishing STL Warehousing (STLW) due to customer demand. With experience, we have developed an approach that understands and solves the real issues involved in customer service, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution.

STLW's business is a specialist for time-sensitive, split case pick & pack with serial numbers, or lot and batch numbers. We provide technology based third-party warehousing services and smart logistics with accuracy and speed.

Our business was specifically set up to design warehouses and logistics processes around the needs of our customers, provide project management and set up quality processes around Third Party Warehousing (3PL) and moves.

It all started in 2006

One of our customers asked us to recommend a Third Party Warehousing (3PL) provider to accommodate their very specific needs while we consulted to their business. We soon discovered that most existing 3PL providers were not flexible enough, nor did they provide assistance with warehouse moves and related issues. In the end, we couldn't find anyone who provided the speed and accuracy required by our client.

Instead, we realised that our expertise, reputation and wide network of connections enabled us to be that high-quality 3PL provider that could minimise the risks and maximise the benefits to businesses like that of our customer. STL Warehousing was born.

Flexibility, Efficiency, High volume

Then, our customer wanted more. Their business required a warehouse built around their particular needs. Our customer needed to efficiently and cost-effectively service multiple customers with split case, high frequency orders.

They wanted a real-time window into their warehouse, enabling them to check the precise status of any order, at any time. And they required efficient day-to-day communication with the staff managing their warehouse.

Best Technologies, Combined with Lean Warehousing Methodologies.

So we decided to develop it for them. We sourced one of the best warehouse management systems (WMS) available, and the best help desk solutions, and we integrated them. Then we developed a lean warehousing methodology to manage cost and eliminate waste from the warehouse.
