Can your customers find out about their delivery status?

Yes.

Your Customers can use the 24/7 Access to enquire on the status of their orders if they have a user ID and password.

When the order is received by the customer, the Proof of Delivery can be confirmed using any Web Browser.

If you use our transport network the Proof of Delivery information isavailable via the 24/7 Access.

Can we use our own transport providers?

Yes. You can use your own transport providers, STL Transport or a combination.

Can we access the warehouse on-line?

Yes.
You can access the WMS application witht 24/7 Access.

All screens displayed are shown in an easy to use Web Browser.

Modules from the system menu can be run at any time in the same window or a new window.
Reports are generated in PDF format for printing / viewing or downloading using Adobe reader.

Can you take orders over the web?

Yes.

Orders can be placed directly into our systems via the web.

Do you provide short term storage?

Unfortunately No.  As our warehouses are completely paperless and managed via our warehouse management system the time involved in setting up and interfacing systems is not cost effective for short term storage.

Do you provide serial / batch tracking?

Yes.

All lot numbers, batch numbers, serial numbers and other stock attributes of individual stock items are recorded:

When stock is received
Throughout all transactions in the warehouse
In the contents of each shipper despatched to customers

Standard reports show where a particular, lot, batch or serial number is:

Specific location in the warehouse
Specific shipper in-transit to the customer
Delivered to the customer

Easy to recall problem products and more chance of finding lost items.

Do you do split case (less than carton) pick and pack?

Yes.

Our operations are specifically set up to provide split case pick and pack services.

Optimised location picking paths lead the picker through the warehouse. As the stock is picked at a location, replenishment is automatically generated when required.

Many picking methods are available to suit business requirements including pick-to-light, pick-by-label, pick-to-tote, pick-to-conveyors. All methods available for single order picking or multiple order picking.

Picking is fully paperless using Radio Frequency Terminals.

Do I have to take a standard package?

No.

STL Warehousing can produce a solution to fit your business needs.

We only have a few pallets - can you help?

Yes with some exceptions.  We provide solutions for clients that involve integration of systems and processes along with staff training.  In our experience the set up cost of warehousing needs to be offset over time to be cost effective.

If you are looking for a mid to long term pick, pack and store solution we can help.

Will my competitors have access to my product or information?

No.
