eWarehousing has professionally managed warehouse. Once the goods at our warehouse, they are ready for us to review, register and provided attach proper labeling. After labeling, the products are put in to storage in the warehouse.
Order Processing
Who likes the burden of administrative tasks - let alone the hidden 'soft-dollar' costs that are often overlooked.
e Warehousing can help, our WMS system is accessible online and allows orders to be keyed directly into the system by either yourself, your employees or even by your end clients (if you grant want to grant them access).
For high volume users, our system can receive orders via file transfer protocol (ftp), or we can interface directly with your online shopping cart, ERP, or accounting system.
All inventory and order status reports are available online meaning that you can access your own data 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. As a client of e-warehousing your secure access to our online WMS is provided to you FREE of charge.
Packing documents that go out with your orders can be branded with your own logo as can all other associated paperwork that may go out to your clients from us.
You can also upload orders in our required CSV format in bulk for greater efficiency and speed.
Pick and Pack
Once an order is placed, the process of picking and pack-off. Employees of eWarehousing collect the order and packing it in accordance with the wishes / requirements of the customer. The package is provided with an address label, a barcode and is made ready for shipment.
Transport
Daily, shipments are collected by our carrier and within 24 hours and will be delivered to the consignee. The barcode on the package provides both the end customer and you have the opportunity to follow the package via Track & Trace. Once the package is delivered there is a feedback from our carrier that the package is delivered.
