Kitting and Assembly processes are very different to standard picking and packing processes and requires specialised skills to ensure the quality of the end product. For everything from product assemblies through to small basic information kits or complex show-bags, STL Warehousing can provide a kitting and assembly solution to fit your business requirements.

STL Warehousing ensures that the project is completed accurately and in accordance with the agreed specifications by sending photographs where necessary (or pre-assembled samples) that can be used to sign off the job prior to commencing work as well as a master sample to reference during the assembly process.
QA checking
We perform periodic QA checks to ensure that there's no deviation from the master sample and pack any pallets securely to ensure that none of the finished product is damaged in transit. Once your kitting project has been completed, products can be placed back into stock for distribution on an ad-hoc basis or they can be loaded onto a truck for delivery to a site specified by you.
