Payments

No setup, handling or receiving fees

Pay a simple monthly fee, plus standard shipping rates. No additional fees for handling, packaging, storage or receiving.

No minimums or contract

There is never a minimum spending commitment when you sign up for e-warehousing. No minimum contract requirements or other 'lock-in' rules apply. There is a monthly fee for all accounts. Beyond that, you have complete control over how long you participate in e-warehousing, and you control the maximum you want to spend per item.

Pay with credit card, PayPal, or directly from your bank account

e-warehousing accepts payment by credit card, PayPal, as well as direct transfers from your bank account. Note that credit card is limited to accounts storing less than 50 pallets. You pay for your shipping prior to accruing costs (prepay).

Prepay allows you to pay in advance of receiving any activity. As you accrue shipping charges, we deduct the cost from your prepaid balance. We will receive new stock, and ship your orders, as long as there are adequate funds in your account, so be sure to regularly check your account balance. To help you keep your account balance up-to-date, we'll email you when your funds run low.

Pricing Plans

All e-Warehousing pricing plans are listed on the website. Plans can also be customised to meet your needs. There is no pro-rating or partial months. If you outgrow your current plan in the middle of a month, and choose to upgrade, we simply re bill you for the current month, as though you had the higher plan. We do not double bill you; we simply bill you the difference between the plan you already paid for, and the plan you really need.

Downgrading your plan

You can downgrade anytime. This will not affect your current monthly period. On your next monthly anniversary, you will be billed the lower plan price. Note that you must have sufficiently low inventory storage and SKUs, for the lower plan to apply.

Included items shipped per month

Each e-Warehousing plan has an included number of items that can be shipped in a month. For example, the Starter plan includes all packaging and handling for up to 8 items shipped per month. This is how we calculate 8 items:

10 pre-sealed, shippable boxes, or
1 box where we "pick and pack" ten items into our own box, or
5 boxes where we "pick and pack" two items each, etc.

To maximise your plan, we recommend you send us inventory is pre-sealed, pickable boxes.

Included storage

Each e-Warehousing plan has an included amount of storage that can be used in a month. For example, the Starter plan includes 1 pallet storage space. Remember, we include all packaging when we calculate storage space.

Rule of thumb A pallet is typically 1.0 x 1.0 x 1.2 or a 1.2 cubic meters (standard Australian) pallet space.
A 20' container typically carries 24 pallets.

Included number of SKUs

Each e-warehousing plan has an included number of SKUs that can be handled in a month. A SKU, or stock-keeping unit, is retail industry lingo for an individual product offered. If you sell a shirt in 3 sizes, then you need one SKU for each size.

Additional items

When you approach the peak of your plan, we recommend you upgrade to a larger plan. Upgrades are instant and effective immediately. Alternately a $3.50 per item picking / returned item charge will apply.

How do I pay transport fees?

We pay all your transport costs as they occur. Each of these charges is then debited from your e-Warehousing account balance, within 24 hours. You must maintain a minimum balance to cover a small percentage of expected transport costs for your inventory. The minimum balance is recalculated daily, based on your shipments the previous day.

Can I use my own transport accounts?

No, in order to provide a complete service, with simple bundled pricing, e-warehousing must ship everything on its own transport accounts. This applies to road and air freight shipping.

What are the receiving fees?

People often ask us why we don't charge a receiving fee; does that mean that there is no cost to receive with e-warehousing? No, there is a cost to receive your products. Our receiving costs are included with our plan and per item ship fees. We do this in-lieu of confusing and costly receiving fees, and to assist our customers with minimising their up front cash outlay.

In the event you send e-warehousing a high quantity of items, ship in bulk, dispose of obsolete inventory, or cancel service and ship your product back to yourself, please note:

e-Warehousing may require a security deposit for accounts with a high quantity of items. The number of items is determined at the time of receiving, and while a box can be broken down for individual shipping, it cannot be rebuilt for bulk shipping later. Sending product to e-warehousing in Lots, and breaking it down as needed, can significantly reduce the number of items in your account. Here is an article to help you prepare for shipping in bulk at the time of receiving.

This also applies to shipping in bulk back to yourself, or disposing of obsolete inventory in bulk.

If you have any questions about receiving, please contact us. We want you to feel comfortable that your inventory is setup price optimally. This means that you need to do all you're planning and packaging before sending inventory to us.

How do I cancel service?

You are free to discontinue our service at any time without penalty. Your account will remain available to you. You can easily restart service later. There are no cancellation or start up fees. Simply submit an order for the last of your inventory, and your monthly fee will automatically stop after the last of your inventory has been shipped.

Limitations:

All inventories must be depleted for your monthly fee to stop.
Shipping inventory to yourself is treated the same as shipping inventory to your customers. You must submit an order, and use one of our shipping services. You will need a monthly plan sufficient to cover the number of items being shipped.

Please note that the number of items is determined at the time of receiving, and while a box can be broken down for individual shipping, it cannot be rebuilt for bulk shipping later.

How do I dispose of obsolete inventory?

To dispose of specific inventory, and have the inventory removed from your storage count, please sign into your account, click the Help button in the top right corner, and contact us.

Limitations:

Disposing of obsolete inventory is the same as shipping inventory, but without the shipping fee. You will need a monthly plan sufficient to cover the number of items being disposed of.

Please note that the number of items is determined at the time of receiving, and while a box can be broken down for individual shipping, it cannot be rebuilt for bulk shipping, or disposal, later. Here is an article to help you prepare for shipping in bulk at the time of receiving. This article is also applicable if your product is at risk for obsolescence and disposal in bulk.

Can I let my slow moving inventory sit indefinitely?

e-Warehousing is an order dispatch company first and foremost; therefore we reserve the right to apply long term storage fees or require that slow moving inventory be disposed of or shipped at your cost.

When do I start accruing costs?

You start accruing costs the day we receive your first product. At that time, you will need to enter billing information, and your subscription will automatically start. In the case of a free trial, you start accruing costs the day you enter your first live order, in order to cover shipping fees. If after 30 days of us receiving your first inventory, you still have not shipped anything, your subscription will automatically start.
