STL Warehousing will ship in-stock orders accurately - every time. Should we ever make a mistake, we will reship your goods at no cost to you, plus we will credit your item handling charges. It's only fair.
Picked / Returned Items
• Picking either pieces or cartons, based on your orders
• Repacking items where necessary, using the most efficient and cost-effective option
• Ensuring product is well protected when packaged, minimising damage-risk during delivery
• Address labels and transport bar code labels applied for dispatch
• Picking, labelling and packing is conducted in strict accordance with your specified terms and conditions

1.Order includes 1 x Full Carton = 1 item picked.
2.Order includes 1 x Full Carton + 1 x Each = 2 items picked.
3.Order includes 2 x Full Cartons + 2 x Each = 4 items picked.
4.Order includes 0 x Carton + 6 x Each = 6 items picked.
5.Returned Order includes 1 x Carton + 6 x Each = 7 items reutrned.
Additional Picked / Returned Items
When you approach the peak of your plan, we recommend you upgrade to a larger plan. Upgrades are instant and effective immediately.
Standard FREE Packaging Material
Our free packaging offer includes a wide range of packing materials and cartons needed for most standard-sized products.
Pick & Pack Guide Lines:
• You nominate the number of Picked / Returned Items that you need.
• An item pick can be a full carton or individual "Each".
• Once a carton is opened it cannot be resealed and is classed as "Each's".
• If an order is picked and you need to cancel it we will do our best not to ship the order if it is still in the warehouse. An RMA will be needed to put the stock back into the warehouse.
• We do not check your order details and will pick what you have requested.
• Mixed cartons will be picked and packaged in the most efficient manner to support your products.
• Unique product ID (SKU). Each e-Warehousing fulfilment plan has an included number of unique product ID's (SKU's) that can be handled in a month. If you sell a shirt in 3 sizes, then you need one unique product ID for each size.
• Each Picked / Returned Item above your current plan will be charged at $3.50 per item.
