Receiving & Storage

Receiving: We apply and scan bar codes upon receipt for real-time tractability and process flow. Our receipt processes ensure that products meet your specifications.

Inventory Control System: Our RF technology provides real-time control from initial receipt to final shipment.

Storage: Carton live storage, shelving and selective racking are used to fit the type of product being picked. Our operations are designed to handle many different types of products.

Pick & Pack

Pick-to-RF System: The RF pick systems require minimal training and improves picking accuracy.

Serial Number Control: Stock with serial numbers are stored, picked and recorded using RF scanners for accuracy and tracking.

Pick lines: The main product selection areas contain thousands of SKU's, linked by RF to our WMS. We specialise in split case / item picking orders.

Packing Stations: These packing stations are fed by our pickers and our information systems even provide us with the most efficient carton sizes for air bag deliveries.

Distribution

Manifest System: Systems are integrated with our transport providers including POD, Star Track and Toll, for efficient and accurate tracking of orders.
